Thumbnails and other assets accessible through Thumbix belong to their respective copyright holders — usually the channel that uploaded the video.

Thumbix is a technical convenience for retrieving publicly served images. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any downloaded asset is lawful, including fair use, commentary, review, or obtaining permission from the rights holder.

Thumbix is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thumbix and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
